INSIDE SALES Representative 60k-70k
This growing upbeat sales group seeks a new member for their inside team. The client is located in North of Worcester in the Leominster area. The role is multifaceted, busy and requires strong detail orientation and primarily supports an outside sales executive in developing business opportunities for a group of their major clients.
If you have a Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3 years of experience in a similar inside role in a manufacturing environment working with volume accounts and thrive in supporting the sales/business development effort, this may be for you!
Experience in an international e-commerce sales group is a plus. Strong MS Office and working on multiple MS Excel and other databases and multiple systems needed. Plastics or automotive industries a plus.
Day to day this role involves constructing quotes through working with the sales executive and interacting with manufacturing, outbound calling, updating systems, maintaining customer portals, processing debits/credits, managing customer files, presentations and marketing information, documentation of customer information, analysis of reports, supports contract review process and more!
If you are detail oriented, good with numbers and possess strong customer service, problem solving, troubleshooting and are good at soothing a client’s ruffled feathers..this role might interest you.
